Q: Regarding payment, what are your standard terms?
A: A deposit of 30% via T/T is required to commence work. Prior to delivery, the balance of 70% becomes payable. As part of our process, photographic evidence of the products and their packaging will be supplied for your approval before the balance is due.

A: 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipping. We send photos of the packaged goods for your approval before final payment.
Q: Delivery terms?
A: We prefer FOB. EXW, CIF, and DDP are also possible.

A: Usually from Qingdao or Tianjin Port.

A: ~15 days for custom retail orders, 30-50 days for large orders after deposit. Time depends on items and quantity.

A: Yes. Our 6+ years experienced designers handle both. We make from your designs or create new ones, including molds.

A: We are happy to provide samples. The sample itself and the associated courier charges are payable upfront. This payment is fully credited back to your account upon confirmation of a production order.

A: We implement a strict endurance test where every product must complete more than 6000 operation cycles before it is cleared for market release.
