Installation instruction

In order to better use the awning for Pop out Walls, please read the instruction manual carefully before use and keep it properly for future reference.

Secure the mounting plate to the front of the expansion cabin, secure the awning rail on the Vehicle (C1) , then install the awning for Pop Out Walls , steps are as follows : (Flatten the mounting plate with a pad block if the vehicle has curvature on the body).

The awning for Pop Out Walls must be installed by a professional .

Before installation, please check whether there are stiffener plates in the position where the body is used to install the mounting plates and awning rail or get this information from vehicle seller.

Marking the drill holes on the outside of the expansion cabin( C2,C3 ), Then install the two mounting plates and for preventing the canopy from scratching by the extended edges, The upper part of the mounting plate should be 98 mm away from the cornice of the extension cabin (C4) , The two hanging plates must be maintained on a horizontal line , And the front and back are in the same plane, and Flatten the mounting plate with a pad block if the vehicle has curvature on the body(The pads need to be self-equipped) (C5) .

Fix the awning rail to the proper position corresponding to the mounting plate, And insure the height of the lower mouth of the awning rail is more than 30 cm above the top of the awning for Pop Out Walls (C6) , The strips of cloth must be kept on a horizontal line and with the back and front on the same plane . Flatten the mounting plate with a pad block if the vehicle has curvature on the body (The pads need to be self-equipped).

Before you start drilling, make sure there are no obstructions in the drilling location ,Such as electrical wiring, trachea, etc (C7).

Loosen the awning for Pop Out Walls to the appropriate length , Put the canopy rubber strip on one side through the car awning rail , Then place the extension tent near the mounting panels , After aligning the hexagonal holes in the end brackets on both sides of the awning for Pop Out Walls with the mounting plates (C8) , pass the hexagonal fixation tube through it.

Fix the hex tube with the end bracket and the mounting plate with fastening screws, respectively (C10). Loosen the locking pin inside the tent (C11) , Make the canopy tense and stress, adjust the tarpaulin position , And insert fixed cloth screws on both sides of the cloth strip and the installation is completed (12).

Retract the expansion cabin 3-5 times to check the retraction of the tent.

Note: For safety, please drive 2 km after installation, and check whether the fastening bolts are not loose and the mounting plate is not moving.

1. The awning for Pop out Walls is a spring-tightened structure, and the canopy will follow the movement of the expansion structure without special operation.
2. The locking pin in the awning for Pop out Walls end cap is used to lock the spring shaft, which can prevent the spring reel from moving during installation or maintenance, facilitate operation and prevent injury, please remove the locking pin when using normally.
3. The tarpaulin is treated with mildew, but it should also be clean and dry when rolling. If you have brought water to wrap up, be sure to blow dry the canopy within 12 hours before putting it away again.

Note: the canopy can only be washed with weak alkaline detergent, if you find that the canopy is damaged, please contact the seller for handling.
